Lincoln had a great academic year. He completed his G.E.D., graduating in March. Lincoln has just completed his first semester at college, bringing home a term GPA of 3.118 in his business courses (Composition, Macroeconomics, Accounting and Math) at Kirkwood Community College, Iowa City Campus. He intends to take advantage of the and transfer to the Tippie College of Business at University of Iowa, in Iowa City.

Lincoln leased his own apartment in Iowa City, and has really got on his feet financially. When he opened his bank account in Iowa City, his banker expressed surprise at what a high credit score Lincoln had for a kid of 18. It made him seem even more intent on keeping things together. Lincoln is doing off-campus work-study for LeapFund Foundation with Jeffrey Hedquist and Joshua McKenty. Lincoln’s apartment is at:

It is such a great thing to see Lincoln in a settled relationship now for over a year, with Dorothy Kern. They have been so good for each other. This is a photo of them this summer getting ready to go to Prom.
